# Free Kids games : Sudoku puzzles for children can help improve reasoning skills

WELCOME TO PUZZLES-ONLINE-NICHE

Free Kids games ( including sudoku puzzles ) can help kids acquire thinking that is

both, coherent and logical. Such thinking allows for them to be able to make sound

judgements based on drawing conclusions based in fact.

This manner of proceeding in logic is what we like to call ‘natural deduction’.

• NATURAL DEDUCTION

In fact, most Sudoku puzzles can be solved by the logical method of

deduction, that is moving in a straight line from point A (the general),

to point B (the particular).

In other words kids can learn that if x doesn't fit, then the answer must

be y ( employing 'natural' deduction by elimination) and best of all

little or no math needed ( amazing right? )

DEFINITION OF SUDOKU:GRIDS

#### DEFINITION OF SUDOKU :

A puzzle in which a grid consisting of several regions is to be filled with numbers so that every row, column, and region contains only one instance of each number. • Each cell in the grid must have a number from 1 to 4.

• Your objective is to fill the grid such that, every row and column contains the numbers 1 through 4 with no number repeated.

• Each number must be used once and only once in each row and column.

(2 x 2 boxes)

 Box 1 Box 2 Box 3 Box 4
